Job Description


  • Supervise and train service crew members.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to the service crew.
  • Ensure that the dining area is well-maintained and set up correctly.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and difficult situations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Collaborate with management to implement service improvements.
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
Requirements
  • Applicable to all level of educations.
  • At least 2 year of experience in related field
Immediately start would be an added advantage Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:

Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
