JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide excellent food quality and service to maximize outlet profitability. - Monitor staff?s attendance, leave, attitude and performance. - Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. - Comply with all health and safety regulations. - Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
