As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, team motivation, and exceptional guest experiences. You'll ensure smooth service, efficient workflows, and a happy, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness
Train, motivate, and schedule team members
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure speed and consistency in service
Plan promotions and support marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor (F&B industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus, but not mandatory
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
