Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • manage restaurant operations in accordance with SOP
  • lead the kitchen and service team
  • handle customer complaints and maintain high level of service quality
  • handle food issues and maintain high level of food quality
  • manage sales, purchasing and inventory
  • responsible for passing all relevant audits e.g., KKM, HACCP
  • ensure all staff are up-to-date in their training program
  • in charge of maintenance of all outlet equipment, including kitchen equipment
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate possess at least PMR/SPM;
  • With 5 years in F&B retail field added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Schedule:
