Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- manage restaurant operations in accordance with SOP
- lead the kitchen and service team
- handle customer complaints and maintain high level of service quality
- handle food issues and maintain high level of food quality
- manage sales, purchasing and inventory
- responsible for passing all relevant audits e.g., KKM, HACCP
- ensure all staff are up-to-date in their training program
- in charge of maintenance of all outlet equipment, including kitchen equipment
- Candidate possess at least PMR/SPM;
- With 5 years in F&B retail field added advantage
