  • Minimum Diploma from F&B, Hospitality, Business Management
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry with minimum 3 years of experiences in Executive or Manager level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Finance and accounting knowledge
  • Ability to professionally address customer complaints and highly motivated
Tanggungjawab
  • Lead and manage the entire restaurant crew
  • Hire and train staff members
  • Manage inventory and order ingredients in the correct quantities
  • Manage supplier for their qualities, accuracy, freshness and on-time supply as per ordering plan
  • Manage and control meticulous record of income and expenses
  • Ensure that health and safety protocol are adhere at all times
  • Manage and communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
