- Minimum Diploma from F&B, Hospitality, Business Management
- At least 5 years of experience working in the restaurant industry with minimum 3 years of experiences in Executive or Manager level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Finance and accounting knowledge
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints and highly motivated
- Lead and manage the entire restaurant crew
- Hire and train staff members
- Manage inventory and order ingredients in the correct quantities
- Manage supplier for their qualities, accuracy, freshness and on-time supply as per ordering plan
- Manage and control meticulous record of income and expenses
- Ensure that health and safety protocol are adhere at all times
- Manage and communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
