Plan, coordinate, and monitor the daily operations of the outlet.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare performance reports for management.
Control inventory, place stock orders, and ensure optimal stock levels.
Ensure all staff comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Manage staff schedules, leave, attendance, and discipline.
Train and motivate staff to improve work performance.
Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety, and maintenance are in good condition.
Control operational costs including labor, raw materials, and other expenses.
Execute additional instructions from management from time to time.

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
At least 2-5 years of experience in outlet/restaurant/retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Able to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in using computers.
Disciplined, committed, and flexible with working hours.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
