Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, ensure the quality and standard of food and service to customers are maintained at the highest level
Achieve company sales targets by leading the service crew in ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting and up-selling our products / promotions.
Responsible for recruitment, training, lead, motivate, coach and discipline all new Supervisors and Station Crews to ensure that stablished cultural and core standards are met
Respond efficiently and appropriately to customer complaints.
Responsible to ensure the smooth daily operations and availability of sufficient manpower for the restaurant.
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Organize and control cost and inventory of stock and maintenance of all equipment.
Work closely and constantly communicates efficiently with all relevant department for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the restaurant operation.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety regulations.
Observe physical condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
Perform other related tasks of food related safety, including conducting inspections at restaurant.
