* Appropriate tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management. * Competency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malay. * Strong leadership and supervision skills. * Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and beverage trends. * Excellent team player with ability, friendly disposition, pleasant personality, good customer relations. * Attention to detail, analytical minded and ability to think out of box. *Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
