Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
Maintaining safety and food quality standards
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
Organizing schedules
Keeping track of employees' hours
Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Top Management.
Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Top Management.
Overseeing daily cash flow as per SOP and report to the Top Management.
Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor / 5 years for manager working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
Possess exceptional PR skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
