Financial Management: Overseeing budgets, managing costs, and setting sales targets. This includes tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and reducing waste to maintain profitability.
Operations Management: Ensuring that all areas of the restaurant run smoothly, including coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including sanitation practices, food storage, and employee safety measures.
