Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including service, kitchen, and administrative functions.
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement operational procedure to optimize efficiency and maximize profitability.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring cost control.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu planning, pricing, and special events.
Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage budgets, financial plans, and report on financial performance to senior management.
