Our client is expanding more F&B outlets and target opening in February 2026.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible to oversee daily operations, to maintain operational standards, to enhance customer experience, to drive team efficiency, and to ensure seamless coordination between service & kitchen crew.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence

To ensure excellent customer service by maintaining pleasant, cordial & attentive interactions with customers. To handle customer inquiries, special requests & complaints with empathy & calmly. To monitor service standards including efficient table turnover, high standard of cleanliness & great ambience.

Team Leadership & motivation

To lead, coach & motivate entire crew to maintain customer service excellence. To oversee duty rosters preparations, staff scheduling & shift planning to ensure full coverage. To conduct daily briefings, also on-the-job training for new & existing team members.

Operational Efficiency

To ensure seamless coordination between service & kitchen crew for timely order delivery & smooth service flow. To adhere proper SOPs for order taking, billing, upselling, & guest feedback. To manage table turnover during peak periods.

Management duties

To assist in daily sales tracking, team performance reports & inventory checks. To implement promotional activities & continuous improvements To ensure compliance with food hygiene & safety as per company standards & local regulations.

Requirements

Degree holder or Diploma holder in Hospitality / F&B Management or relevant field. 3-5 years of F&B service experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role. Strong leadership skills & customer service skills. Calm, highly motivated, possess good initiatives & able to work under pressure. Able to multitask, pay attention to details, strong planning, organisational & communication skills. Fluent in spoken plus written Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia To perform duties in the best interest of company. To execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
