Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with the kitchen and catering teams to ensure smooth service.
Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier coordination.
Support event and catering setups when needed.
