We're seeking motivated and experienced Restaurant Managers to join our dynamic team.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding and developing your team, ensuring top-notch service quality, and contributing to the company's long-term growth. Your main objective is to drive revenue and sales by creating exceptional guest experiences and cultivating a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the restaurant team to meet and exceed operational and financial goals.
Ensure every team member consistently delivers outstanding service to all guests.
Plan and manage staff scheduling and manpower allocation for smooth daily operations.
Supervise and optimize restaurant workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
Uphold company standards for cleanliness, food quality, and a welcoming guest environment.
Promote sustainability practices, strengthen brand image, and build positive community relationships.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related discipline.
5-10 years of experience in the F&B industry, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong passion for customer satisfaction with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
Meticulous, resourceful, and able to handle challenges effectively.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
