Manage outlet daily operation and striving to achieve sales targets while staying within budget.
To ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction based on SOPs given.
Train & supervise staffs to meet company requirements.
Monitoring customer experiences and resolving any issues.
Do ordering and received delivery as per schedule. Monitor inventory levels.
Product Arrangement and Expiry. To control wastage.
Provide answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers.
Cleaning of Outlet.
Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
Responsible for the adequate staffing of outlet at any time and delegate task appropriately.
Perform briefing and meeting with outlet staffs.
Ensuring staff compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Conduct performance reviews.
Responsible for the effective execution of any events held in the outlets.
Maintaining facilities and cleanliness.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements:
At least 3-5 year(s) working experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Experience in overseeing outlet(s), cost & budget planning.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Excellence in delivering customer satisfaction.
Initiative and good leadership skills to manage a team.
Able to communicate in English and Malay. Energetic and able to work independently with long hours on shift.
Able to work in shift.
Able to use basic Microsoft word, excel and POS system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
