The objective of the Supervisor is to assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in leading the restaurant team, in smooth and effective operations of the restaurant.
The Supervisor is required to:
Inspect grooming and attire of the team, and rectify any deficiencies
Ensure the team is aware of menu of the day and are ready to serve
Ensure the team's mood and energy is optimum for effective operations for the day
Monitor dining room's seating availability to manage reservations and walk-ins effectively
Ensure safety and well-being of guests
Manage feedback and complaints effectively
Ensure that guests are well communicated with
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Ensure the outlet is safe for employees and guests
Monitoring and complete scheduling inventories of supplies, food, and liquor
Check stock and requisite necessary supplies
