Job Description


  • Responsible for daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
  • Check food and beverage supplies.
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares
  • Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
  • Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
  • Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
