Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders.
Check food and beverage supplies.
Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors and handle customer enquiry with cares
Adhere to food, health, and safety standards.
Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.
Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments in HQ for any matters in relation to the smooth running of the outlet operations.
