Requirement: 1. Able to work at Lakefields, Taman Sungai Besi 2. Non Halal Restaurant 3. Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication skills is preferred 4. Have more than 3 years of catering work experience, be able to adapt to the fast paced environment, and can work in rotation 5. Good communication and learning ability, excellent teamwork spirit, have the concept of data analysis, and be able to use various systems of the restaurant proficiently Responsibility: 1. Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company\xe2\x80\x99s plans and vision 2. Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks 3. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching 4. Receive complaints and resole problems 5. Pass on information from upper management to employees
