Learn about Vietnamese cuisine, recommend and explain how to enjoy the dishes to customers Ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations as per SOP and customer satisfaction. Ensure high quality of beverage and dessert served Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of staff and the outlet. Minimise food waste and control cost while ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients.
