Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations and floor activities
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance
Train, coach, and motivate service staff
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and stock management
Prepare daily reports and support administrative tasks
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant at all times
Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related field
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (POS system, reporting, Microsoft Office)
Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude
