About the Vacancy:We have openings in multiple brands in Johor Bahru, particularly in Steve Madden,MLB Korea, Michael Kors, TWG,Godiva and many more exciting brands.Job Requirement:

• Passion for selling and sales-driven personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products
• Language - Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Ability to work shift hours, including public holiday and weekends.

• Has excellent customer service and building good relationship with clients
• Understanding of current fashion trends, designers, and products
• Able to drive sales and meeting targets
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and personal appearance
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ability to handle customer inquiry, concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Teamwork with store team to ensure cohesive and positive shopping experience for clients
• Has the courtesy to keep client informed of promotions, events, and new product arrivals
