Day-to-day tasks:

• Advise customers about needed parts
• take orders in person, over the phone, by email or WhatsApp
• check availability of parts
• Retrieve parts from the store room or request them from storage
• Process sales order, invoices, handle payments, and issue receipts
• send orders by courier or make deliveries
• maintain shop, shelf displays and cleanliness
• Place orders for items, organize inventory, and update records
• Working environment: Sales counter & Store room
