1) Responsible towards the sales activities under Consumer Financing (i.e. Agrocash-I, Hartani-I and Ar-Rahnu), Deposits (High Cost and Low Cost Deposits) and Fee Based Products. 2) Accountable to serve good customer service in areas on Deposits, Fee Based and Consumer Financing not limited to sales but including services advisory, processing account management and control of asset quality while maintaining operational control and mitigation risk. \xe2\x80\xa2 Focusing on product or potential customers that will benefits on achieving the budget that has been allocated. \xe2\x80\xa2 To analyses the previous action plan that has been taken and to construct new strategy based on the latest sales performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To look for potential collaboration between the bank and the targeted client in established long term benefit for both parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To source for the government agencies activities which the bank can participate to promote all the services as well as to increase the market share \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct sales activities involving business coordination and business matching \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a good networking of business relationship with the community under client product segment \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct the activities of consumer financing of the branch which includes sales and services advisory, processing, account management and control of asset quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting sales activities and event at branch level and joining the sales activities and event at regional level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible that all accounts which need to review are done timely. \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead and drive any campaign or promotion that has been launch in order branches to gain benefits from the campaign/promotion in gaining the maximum numbers as possible. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure branches meet the growth requirement for deposits. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure branches meet the budget requirement for fee banking income \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the activities of the Region marketing activity which includes Deposits Promotion and Sales on services advisory, \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure a satisfactory customer experience in terms of services, product enquiry and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve branch customer service by attending all sorts of training and case studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure branch appearance meet the standard requirement i.e updated flyers and banner for product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the compliant and adherence to the bank\xe2\x80\x99s, BNM and other related regulators\xe2\x80\x99 procedures and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend training and briefing on the current guideline for bank\xe2\x80\x99s product \xe2\x80\xa2 Comply with all internal controls and established policies and procedures e.g., Anti-Money Laundering and Anti Terrorism Financing Act (AMLATFA), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and BNM Standard Guidelines \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide one stop center knowledge support on the product and process enquiries as well as ad hoc request. \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
