Job Description


Achieve Consumer Financing Sales number as approved at the beginning of the year; (Agrocash-i, Hartani-I & Ar-Rahnu) as per approved target. Achieve Deposit and Fee Based sales target; maintain average balance for Deposits and Fee banking income as per approved target. Establishes Sales objectives & forecasting. Move towards sales target volume & projecting expected ROI for deposit & fee banking products. Increase knowledge and exposure to the advisory product that will bring higher and constant income to the bank. Strategy and planning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Focusing on product or potential customers that will benefits on achieving the budget that has been allocated. \xe2\x80\xa2 To analyses the previous action plan that has been taken and to construct new strategy based on the latest sales performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 To look for potential collaboration between the bank and the targeted client in established long term benefit for both parties. \xe2\x80\xa2 To source for the government agencies activities which the bank can participate to promote all the services as well as to increase the market share. Asset Growth and Quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct sales activities involving business coordination and business matching \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain a good networking of business relationship with the community under client product segment \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct the activities of consumer financing of the branch which includes sales and services advisory, processing, account management and control of asset quality \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting sales activities and event at branch level and joining the sales activities and event at regional level. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible that all accounts which need to review are done timely. Deposit Growth and Fee Banking \xe2\x80\xa2 To lead and drive any campaign or promotion that has been launch in order branches to gain benefits from the campaign/promotion in gaining the maximum numbers as possible. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure branches meet the growth requirement for deposits. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure branches meet the budget requirement for fee banking income \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the activities of the Region marketing activity which includes Deposits Promotion and Sales on services advisory, Customer Service Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure a satisfactory customer experience in terms of services, product enquiry etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Improve branch customer service by attending all sorts of training and case studies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure branch appearance meet the standard requirement i.e., updated flyers and banner for product.
