This position is also available for Agrobank - Nationwide.

• Review of existing customer accounts to identify potential sales and manage new business opportunities.
• Working with the marketing team on a new product launches & variety of other marketing communication initiatives.
• Implement a sales and distribution plan for all consumer financing, deposit & fee banking related products.
• Work closely with the whole team at branch to grow deposit and fee banking, implement all strategies to achieve sales target and expanding business relationship
• Rewards program for high achiever - incentives to staff in term of cash money or oversea trip
• Continuously analyze individual & branch performance and take necessary step to ensure growth.
• Working with HR and attend all training related to products, sales and marketing provided by HR/Product Development.
