Tanggungjawab

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter, addressing inquiries and offering advice.
• Accept and process orders for laundry, dry cleaning, bag/shoe cleaning, and repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for additional services.
• Manage outlet funds when required and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in measurements and pinning for tailor alterations.
• Promptly report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Perform administrative tasks, including office-based duties, as needed.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and provide support at the front desk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors for smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate logistics and assist in service delivery arrangements with vendors.
• Represent the company professionally at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle all incoming customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media, making outbound calls if required.
• Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain updated customer records and compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
• Abiding by and following rules, regulations, and procedures instructed by management from time to time and reporting any observed issues to management
• Performing administrative and paperwork tasks as required.
