Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Managing a retail store, motivating and developing a sales team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.

\xc2\xb7 Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Managing stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.

\xc2\xb7 Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximise profits.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

\xc2\xb7 Handle complains from customers to maintain the store\'s reputation.

\xc2\xb7 Oversee in-store promotional events or displays.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.

Requirement

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail industry.

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with relevant strong working experience as Manager are encouraged to apply.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal abilities (verbal and written).

Multi-lingual fluency: REQUIRED to have English & Bahasa Malaysia, plus one other language
