RETAIL EXCELLENCE EXECUTIVE, KULUA LUMPURThe role of the Retail Excellence Executive is to provide operational support to the COTY team and seek improvement in the work processes that would drive greater overall process effectiveness.RESPONSIBILITIESYour main focus:

• Analyze & summarizing monthly Sales report to Team
• To improve shopper experience and drive BA simplification to increase BA Productivity at Store and FSS Level
• Own & track budget of counter maintenance, counter samples, tester.
• Manage Counter and FSS assets (tools, tester, samples, phone line, internet, PC, etc) and manage all counter maintenance issues (Laptop,phone line, internet, etc)
• Verified all BA Sales Target correctly in the system
• Ensure all reports submitted correctly according to the company needs

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, retail experience will be preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge in PowerPoint would be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully in overcoming obstacles with minimum supervision
• Able to work effectively with team members and other external parties and manage priorities
• Able to share new ideas to continue drive BA simplification work process at counter level
