Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.
Good in verbal and written communication skills.
Enthusiast and agile to work with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Words, Excel & PowerPoint.
Possess great time-management and self-discipline.
Applicants must be willing to work at any of our AEON Stores Nationwide.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
This position is a Six (6) months Contract position & will be absorbed to the permanent role upon completion of the program.

Tanggungjawab

6 months intensive training covering the principles of Operations and Management - to develop skills & knowledge in retail industry.
To learn about Selling Floor and Backroom Management, Inventory Control and Ordering, Manpower Management and Customer Service.
To learn about business strategy - Product displays and merchandise management
To ensure smoothness of day to day operation.
