• Fresh graduates who graduated bachelor\'s degree & above within year 2022 - 2024 or individuals with different work experience are encouraged to apply. Degree major in franchise management, retail management. Marketing, business administration, cosmetics or related courses are preferred.
• Possess teamwork spirit, optimistic, clear communication and expression skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Have passion and recognize the new trendy industry, love beautiful things.
• Willing to relocate nationwide.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin as this role requires to communicate international stakeholder.
• Willing to work for 6 working days per week and 3 rotating shifts (08:30am- 1am) according to the outlets being assigned.

ResponsibilitiesManagement Trainee (Fresh Degree Graduate are Welcome)KK Group Management Trainee Program is a platform to develop and nurture young talents or fresh graduates as future leaders in various aspects of the retail business.At KK group, management trainee will have opportunities to access various function, training and development in our organization. During first six months of the training program, you will work as retail store crew to explore all retail operation tasks. Upon completion of six months program, your next promotion will be subject to training assessment.Merchandising display management:

• Adjust shelf display according to the display standard based on the stock inventory.Supervise retail staffs to maintain store displays to make products visually appealing to consumers.To enhance and improve store image and provide effective strategies to support store revenue.

Data Analysis

• Learn how to analyse operational data for conducting analysis on sales performance and product category performance, in order to analyse product sales dynamics, find challenges and provide suggestion to solve the challenges.

Store Management

• Provide comprehensive business operation management of the store\'s merchandise management, staff management, financial management. store environment, customer service management.

Others

• Provide support for Inventory management and store display adjustment
