What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting Provide hands-on supervision and coaching to empower your team to achieve sales and service targets Implement effective merchandising and visual merchandising strategies to maximise product visibility and appeal Continuously monitor and analyse store performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing action plans Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual development Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

Proven track record of at least 3 years in a retail management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience Proficient in inventory management, merchandising, and visual display techniques Adaptable and versatile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
