- Processing of export order and shipping documents.
- Liaise with shipping agent in export freight quotation & vessel booking etc
- Liaise with forwarding agent for arrangement of export shipment clearance & container movement.
- Weekly sales collection at Shops.
- Weekly spot check at Shops
- Monthly Payroll Schedule and submit to Finance.
- Cash sales report - Collect shop Summary Receipt, Receipt Item purchased & Bank in slip sort out for all outlets & update in (Google Shared-folder) Outlets Bank in Report.
- Shops month end Stock report.
- Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
- Prepare promotion material.
- Coordinate with designer.
- Dealing with customer complaint and feedback.
- Responsible to prepare and analysis customer satisfaction survey.
- Maintain and update contents for social media.
- Other ad-hoc job related duties, as assigned by immediate superior.
