Job Description

As a Retail Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our retail business. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of retail stores, managing inventory, implementing operational processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of retail stores Monitor and evaluate operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock levels, replenishment, and ordering Implement best practices for inventory management to minimize stockouts, overstock situations, and reduce shrinkage Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess store performance and develop action plans for improvement Work closely with store managers to ensure sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained Collaborate with training department to design and implement training programs for store staff Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring staff members are well-equipped to deliver excellent customer service Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience by implementing customer-centric policies and initiatives Address customer feedback and complaints, working towards continuous improvement in service quality Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards Implement and enforce safety and security measures within retail stores Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Proven experience in retail operations, preferably in a managerial role Fluent in both English and Mandarin due to business needs Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strategic thinking and decision-making skills
