Job Description
Retail Operation Manager Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or similar/relevant degree. - Experience in a same role or similar at least 2 years. - Thorough understanding of company\xe2\x80\x99s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market. Candidate Characteristics and Skills Requirement - High commitment into career. - Excellent supervisory and leadership skills. - Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills. - Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis. - Can work in a fast moving environment under pressure - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English and Malay. - A valid driver\'s license may be required. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Superb attention to detail. - Strong leadership skills. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Willingness to work overtime if required. - Excellent time management skills. - Must be able to regularly travel throughout region. - Must be able to drive alone and has license D.
