Retail Operations ManagerROLE DESCRIPTION
The Retail Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of retail stores to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing area managers and store staff, optimizing sales, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing strategies to improve performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve operation objectives. Driving KPI's & profitability. Work closely with area managers. Coach sales team in driving the business. Support store expansion plans. Business analysis & presentations. People management & development. Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies. Implement strategic marketing plans. Regular store visits in the region.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Flexibility to adapt to changes in business operations. Leadership and decision-making ability. Motivated self-starter, with the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively with a team-player's mindset. Ability to work resourcefully. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
