Retail Operations Manager (flexible Hours)
Job Description
A retail multinational company is looking for a Retail Operations Manager to manage multiple outlets in the Southern Region of Malaysia.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to boost sales.Requirements:Must be willing to travel frequently within the Southern Region of Malaysia.Proven experience in managing multiple retail outlets or in a similar managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Ability to analyse sales reports and financial data.Benefits:Flexible working hours and locationHigh commissionYearly bonusInsuranceMedical Allowance#LI-JACMY
