: Johor:
Achieve operation objectives. Driving KPI's & profitability. Work closely with area managers. Coach sales team in driving the business. Support store expansion plans. Business analysis & presentations. People management & development. Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies. Implement strategic marketing plans. Regular store visits in the region.
Job Responsibilities
? Sales-driven and able to achieve sales KPIs.
? Focused on driving excellent customer experience.
? Preferably from Fashion, Footwear, Pharmaceutical, Home & Living retail chain, or Franchising background.
? Suitable for candidates at Retail Operations Manager or Regional Manager level.
? Age between 30 - 45 years old.
? Passionate about retail and willing to go the extra mile.
? Willing to travel daily to different branches.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
