Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the mattress or furniture industry but not necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of mattress types, materials, and sleep technology.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Desire to succeed and excel.
• Cheerful, result oriented, and attention to details.

Job Scopes:

As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist customers in finding the right mattress to meet their sleep needs and preferences. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining the showroom, and staying informed about industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers\' needs and preferences to recommend suitable mattresses.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and warranty details.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Upsell accessories such as mattress protectors, pillows, and sheets to enhance the customer\'s sleep experience.
• Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Educate customers on the benefits of various mattress types and features.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange mattresses and accessories to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Provide after-sales support , address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other sales associates and team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding customer feedback and sales performance

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 15,000 / Basic with good commission scheme payout

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
• Work Days: 6 work days and 1 day rest. On Duty Rotation basis.
