Sales Manager

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s -Degree, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, any field
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the E- commerce/ retail industry.
• Experienced in managing at least 10 subordinates for at least 3 years.
• Able to work at Setia Alam.
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience
• Full time permanent position.

Responsibility :

• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate all business operations to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s goals
• Manage day to day operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for revenue, profitability, and company\xe2\x80\x99s future growth.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plan.
• Develop, implement, and maintain all organization policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs,

and cultural values.

• Empower and engage with all employees and resellers of the organisation to achieve their goals by setting clear targets,

managing expectations and providing opportunities for learning and development.

• Analyzing accounting and financial data and review the strategic plans if necessary.
• Plan, direct, and manage all aspects in the organization in the including procurement, human resources,

and accounting service to support company operations.

• Researching and identifying innovating growth opportunities for continuous improvement and added value while

constantly adapting to changing and challenging circumstances.

• Generate and present monthly business, cost and employee reports to board of directors.
• Represent the organization with internal and external stakeholders such as board members, employees,

suppliers, resellers, government bodies, and any official occasions.
