Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Establish procedures and be responsible for managing, responding, coordinating and conduct staff orientation and training.
Maintains store staff job performances by coaching, counselling, discipline, monitoring and appraising job performances.
Responsible to achieve financial and sales objectives by preparing, analyze and initiating corrective action plans.
Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and understanding to improve sales & services.
Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personal policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma and above for Manager.
Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in the retail industry.
Good interpersonal and communications skills \xe2\x80\x93 English and Bahasa.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Experience in Electrical & Electronics is an added advantage.
Required skills: Microsoft Office & Pos Stock Management.
