Maintain professional standard of customer care in promoting company produtcs.
Assist in hiring and managing stores staffs duty roaster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues and etc.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness within the store, and take care of various equipment.
Motivate and train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer servie and selling skills.
Stay informed about product sales trends, replenish stock promptly, and ensure a diverse product inventory.
Generate and provide necessary reports as requires (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
Provide excellent customer services and follow up with clients to ensure satisfactions and retention.
Peform ad-hoc task as requires by superior or management.
