DescriptionPrimary Objective:Retail Talent Acquisition Associate is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company\xe2\x80\x99s current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute recruitment strategies and initiative to attract and retain top talent for RHB.
• Focus on transactional and volume recruitment for RHB.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
• Source and screen candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments for potential candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to offer guidance and advice on candidate selection
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements.
• Facilitate documentation to smoothen onboarding processes for new hires.
• Meet SLA on recruitment turnaround time and manage cost per hire as per the direction from management.
• Develop strong understanding of regulatory requirements set by BNM and internal control.

Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).1- 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 recruitment experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong candidate management skills.
• Detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills
