R.I.S.E (Ready Industry Skills Employability) Program
is a Kuala Lumpur-based work-and-study initiative designed for individuals who are unable to pursue full-time education due to time, financial, or academic constraints.
Participants will
work while studying
, gain real workplace experience, and obtain a
recognized certificate upon completion of the 12-month program

How the Program Works
Full-time employment with structured on-the-job training
Continuous learning alongside work (not full-time classroom study)
One-year contract with certificate awarded upon successful completion

Customer Service Associate
Admin / Operations Support (Super Admin)
F&B Service Associate
Kitchen Associate
(Role placement depends on suitability and availability)
Requirements
Minimum SPM / School leavers / Fresh graduates are welcome
No prior work experience required (training provided)
Willing to learn, work consistently, and complete the 12-month program
Able to work in Kuala Lumpur
Academic results are not the main criteria. Commitment and attitude matter most.
