As a

Customer Service Associate

, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a

positive and professional experience

through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is part of the

R.I.S.E Program

, a 12-month structured work-and-study program for fresh graduates or individuals looking to gain workplace experience while earning a recognized certificate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or live chat Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Record and update customer information accurately Follow service SOPs and escalation procedures Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Requirements

Minimum

SPM / Diploma

; fresh graduates are welcome Good communication skills in

English

(Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia is a plus) Positive attitude, patient, and customer-oriented Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Commitment to a

12-month program
