Job Description

Responsibilities: Implement the approved integrated risk management framework. Work with Risk Manager and Risk Owners in communicating and facilitating the use of appropriate risk assessment methodologies, systems and processes, including procedures, standard templates and tools to assist Risk Owners in identifying and managing risks. Collaborate in the risk identification and assessment process with Risk Owners at Project and operational level to identify and assess the risks to which they are exposed and could impact their ability to deliver their and the project\'s objectives. Execute development and maintenance of risk management plans for projects. Collaborate with Risk Owners in developing, prioritising, and implementing risk countermeasures to ensure appropriate actions are developed and put in place to mitigate risk exposures. Monitor and assess the implementation of agreed risk mitigations across the project. Conduct, facilitate, monitor and audit project risks and risk mitigations status to manage risks identified in key projects. Review, analyse and provide feedback to Risk Owners on risk assessments for new ventures and activities to ensure that risk considerations are incorporated into the overall evaluation and decision-making process Highlight to all relevant stakeholders of potential risks that will affect the project\'s progress and recommend mitigation measures. Develop, review, update and improve (if required) the relevant systems and processes to enable the Project Risk team to provide effective project risk management activities. Manage activities related to risk management (internal, subcontractor, client) Prepare project information and repository, fact sheets, and pertinent presentation materials for the management. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior(s) from time to time. Qualifications: A recognised Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Construction or a related technical field Minimum with 3 years in Risk Management Familiar with Risk Management and Project Management Proficient in Microsoft Office applications An enterprising go-getter with strong business acumen and a thirst for challenges Must be a strong self-starter and have a proactive \'can-do\' attitude, with the ability to work through constraints and ambiguities and deliver high-quality results Advanced interaction skills (Influence using logic and facts), Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written) Problem-Solving, critical & conceptual thinking Interpersonal and Leadership skills Organisational skills
