Jobscope
- Create & present event proposals that are in line with the mall's values
- Plan, source and execute all event coordinations with the internal team and external parties which includes clients, business partners and suppliers.
- Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer for production
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication strategies and campaign
- Establish the relevant communication needs and channels in promoting the events, internally and externally
- Oversee events on-site, including problem-solving, coordinating event set-up, communicating with staff, and organizing vendors
- Stay current, and often ahead of the curve, on event planning and production trends, proactively identifying and solving operational challenges
- Prepare, organize and file the documentation for events
- Follow up and collect payments promptly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ability in handling projects independently through good communication, problem-solving skills, and effective organization skills.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia in terms of spoken and written; fluency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Able to work on weekends if required
