Job Responsibility We\'re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an SME Relationship Manager. In this role, you\'ll be responsible for recruiting, managing, and nurturing relationships with Business Associates and Affiliates. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify new Business Associates and Affiliates by utilizing various lead generation techniques Conduct phone and email outreach to potential candidates to introduce our company and business opportunities Host regular online and in-person events to engage, train and motivate Business Associates and Affiliates Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to Business Associates and Affiliates to ensure their success Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in our RM system Job Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in sales, recruitment, or network marketing preferred Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with RM systems Required Languages: Mandarin and English Possess the accounting/audit background Holding the professional certification like ACCA, MIA, would be the plus point.
