Job Requirement

1. Possess a professional accounting or degree qualification with good academic results.

2. Preferably at least 1 year working experience in Public Listed Company.

3. Experience in external audit will be an advantage.

4. Strong knowledge of financial management, analytical skills and regulatory requirements and development with hands-on management.

5. Strong integrity and able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and other relevant commitments.

6. Able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English

7. Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT related industries.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing Finance Team and responsible for overall finance management of the Group (holding company & subsidiaries) relating to operational financial control, accounting, cash management, treasury management, budgeting, tax planning & tax compliance.

2. Responsible for timely submission for monthly, quarterly and annually of group financial reports and announcements in accordance with Bursa listing and regulatory requirements.

3. Well-verse with Group\'s consolidated financial reporting.

4. Responsible for internal audit, internal control system, tax planning and risk management of the Group.

5. Liaison with external parties such as internal & external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and other statutory bodies or authorities.

6. Responsible for all others matters related to the Group listing, corporate planning and corporate finance & corporate governance matters, Annual Report, and etc.

7. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
