At least 4 years in HR Managerial role from information technology industry;
Possesses leadership and motivational/coaching skills;
Possesses own transport and willing to travel if required;
Responsibilities
:
Have no issue to set up the whole HR department from scratch.
Provide advice, support and guidance on all aspects of HR matters and employee relations including performance management, absence management, grievance handling, disciplinary action, and workplace dispute;
Review, create, improve and implement HR policies and framework;
Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and implement pay structure to align with the Company\'s job grading, job description and organizational structure;
Develop and build a robust organizational structure to tailor to the business growth and needs;
Establish succession planning to build and nurture talents;
Ensure compliance of the Employment Law on all HR matters including HR related matters;
Manage recruitment from placing job advertisement to hiring;
Payroll processing; and
Ad hoc HR projects

Remuneration Package:
Basic Salary: RM 10,000 (Subject to candidate\'s experiences & last withdrawn salary)
Miscellaneous Allowance (subject to availability)
