Job Description
- Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
- Must be able to start work on 26th July 2023
- Must possess a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)
- Handle inbound calls about travel packages, hotel, and flight booking
- Provide information to customers regarding travel information
- To handle all inbound calls and emails pertaining to hotel reservations and travel product information and other inquiries.
- To provide information related to travel and tours for customers\' convenient traveling
- Salary: RM 3,000 + KPI Allowance Up to RM 700 + Night Shift Allowance Up to RM300 + OT Claim (Average take home salary is RM 3,500 - RM 4,000++)
- 1 month\'s Paid Training is provided upon completion of the full training session
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS
- 12 days of Annual Leave & 14 days of Medical Leave
