Job Description


  • Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
  • Must be able to start work on 26th July 2023
  • Must possess a strong Wifi network connection and personal working space (no interruption of external person/third parties)
Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls about travel packages, hotel, and flight booking
  • Provide information to customers regarding travel information
  • To handle all inbound calls and emails pertaining to hotel reservations and travel product information and other inquiries.
  • To provide information related to travel and tours for customers\' convenient traveling
Benefits
  • Salary: RM 3,000 + KPI Allowance Up to RM 700 + Night Shift Allowance Up to RM300 + OT Claim (Average take home salary is RM 3,500 - RM 4,000++)
